position: Junior Digital Excellence Consultant


B2LO Shop Consulting (www.b2loshop-consulting.com) is a niche Management Consultancy, based in London and specialised in executing and accelerating Business Transformation in companies that want to grow their top line or productivity. The strength of B2LO Shop approach comes from combining Lean Process re-design, with Digital Lean Management (the implementation of new ways of working) and Automation, Robotics & Analytics in using the full capability of Microsoft 365. We are a very small company, but we are lucky enough to work with some great clients in Financial Services. This role will primarily work on an engagement for a London-based company in the Private Equity space.


Qualifications required: information technology, finance


Tasks:

As a Junior Digital Excellence Consultant, you will work autonomously on this engagement by:

  1. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, creating customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
  2. Further developing dashboards using Power BI - based on existing Salesforce data
  3. Taking the lead on a number of Robotics initiatives - automating repetitive tasks using Power Automate


Requirements:

We are looking for an exceptional talent in his final year of Bachelor or Master (in computer science or software engineering ideally). You would typically:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Have experience working with Salesforce platforms
  • Be Tech-friendly and ideally have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc…)
  • Proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native and VisualForce and React would be a plus
  • Have a hands-on approach
  • Be motivated and hard-working
  • Be available at least 20 hours per week

 

Further information:
You can work remotely from anywhere in Hungary, but you will serve a London-based client on a day-to-day basis, using Microsoft Teams. If required and for the right candidate, we can put in place flexible work arrangements and adapt to your university schedule.

  • A competitive salary of 1,800 Euros/Month on a basis of 40 hours/week. (We will only consider a candidate, who can be available at least 20 hours per week)
