Graduate Leadership Development Program in:

• Technical Sales & Inside Sales
• Project management

Expand your experience, gain global exposure, develop leadership competencies and gain knowledge of Eaton’s business, products, processes and functions with Eaton’s Graduate Leadership Development Program. The two year program will help the participant develop a wide range of Eaton leadership competencies such as business strategy, business acumen and leveraging resources. The scope of the assignments allows participants the opportunity to provide value to the organization by achieving a well-defined, important strategic objective.

 Program structure:

• As a participant in the program, you will complete two one-year work assignments that will give you the hands-on experience in your own functional area. Please search for the specific role you are interested in to learn more about the assignments and responsibilities.
• Leadership Exposure: Participants will have a high level of interaction with Eaton Leadership.
• You will also be expected to work with other participants in the program on projects outside of your assigned location.
• Locations: starting in our Business Service Center in Budapest. Participants will need to relocate for the second year assignment to one of the Eaton locations in EMEA region.
• Date of Entry: latest September 2017.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, finance, logistics, engineering
• Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)
• Geographically flexible, mobile
• Desire to build a career in areas  Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Project Management
• Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
• Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
