Rise to the challenge

As an associate IT corporate functions analyst (Junior IT Analyst), you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and requirements to provide an optimal support and delivery of the local SharePoint based collaboration solutions, together with the local HR systems in our Hungarian affiliate. You will closely cooperate within our Czech-Slovak-Hungarian cluster organization and participating in the regular governance calls with the region, where you will be the voice of the affiliate. You will be the one who delivers collaboration solutions to your internal customers, by educating, training them, to let them leverage on the deployed IT solutions. You will work in our Budapest office and report to IS Team Leader Hungary.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • As a local IKM service partner, provide support of Sharepoint based knowledge management systems

  • Organize training sessions to your internal customers, ensure that they have sufficient knowledge to use the provided platform confidently

  • Maintain local Intranet and local IT collaboration spaces

  • Act as a “key account manager” for local HR by setting up regular meetings and delivering IS solutions to their initiatives

  • Build active communication, relationship and cooperation with internal customers, IS team, external service providers and vendors

  • Participate in deployment projects and work closely with project and functional teams in delivery and smooth adoption of new solutions

 

Profile of the candidate

  • This position is suitable for fresh university graduates

  • Fluent English (min. B2 level) and Hungarian

  • Solid knowledge of MS Windows environment and MS Office tools (experience with MS SharePoint and understanding of Service Management concept would be an asset)

  • Quick learner with excellent problem solving and communication skills, customer oriented with a clear drive for results

  • Interest in mobile solutions, social media, web and digital technologies
