Dear Student,

New private health insurance for Fee-paying students from the 1st of September, 2023 

You can apply at the ÉSZI SH/International office (Building R, 1st floor, Room 101.)  from the 1st of September, 2023 

Our insurer is Groupama

 

The insurance is recommended, If you don’t have a valid TAJ card 

If you need Groupama Private Health Insurance, please fill out the 3 types of Declaration forms  (with computer, we do not accept handwritten documents) as follows: 

  • After printing enter the date and your signature (by hand with a blue pen) 

 

Please bring all the completed and signed declarations (3 types) to the ÉSZI/International SH office  (Building R, 1st floor, Room 101.) during opening  hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9-13).
