Tasks:

  • Selling the products of the company,
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services,
  • Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers,
  • Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential,
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers,
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints,
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups,
  • Analyzing the territory/market’s potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization,
  • Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities,
  • Identifying advantages and comparing organization’s products/services,
  • Supporting plans and organizing personal sales strategy,
  • Supplying management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services,
  • Keeping abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas,
  • Participating in trade shows and conventions.

 

Expected conditions and expenses:

  • Relevant college or university degree (technical or economical),
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German, English knowledge advantage
  • Work experience in multinational environment,
  • High level computer skills are required,
  • Experience in technical sales developed time and territory management skills,
  • Strong customer orientation, motivational techniques, and strategic thinking and planning skills.
